  • The circle conference is scheduled to be held from 4th to 6th February 2008.
    		•
  • The district conferences, if not conducted, after the completion of 2years should be conducted without any further delay.
  • The branch conferences, if not conducted, after completion of 1 year should be conducted immediately.
    		•
  • The districts /branches which have conducted their respective conferences will only be allowed to take part in the circle conference.
    		•
  • For the circle conference one delegate for every 15 members.
    		•
  • The cut-off date for the membership will be 31st December 2007.
